· Process orders via email or phone

· Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

· Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

· Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

· Maintain and update sales and customer records

· Communicate key feedback from customers internally

· Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

· Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems

· Keep record of sales trends

· Stay up-to-date with current product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board

· Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

· Suggest sales process improvements

· Daily Dispatch Details to the Customer

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
