Airoza Travel and Tours is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team and handle travel inquiries, customer calls, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Handle travel-related inquiries and understand customer requirements.

Explain suitable travel packages and services.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets.

Manage WhatsApp Business and customer communications.

Maintain lead/customer details and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.

Prepare basic daily and weekly sales reports.

Maintain professional customer relationships.

Requirements

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and qualified telephone manner.

Good persuasion and customer-handling skills.





Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets/CRM).

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business.

Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Previous sales, telecalling, customer service, or travel industry experience is an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Qualification: Graduate or equivalent preferred
