Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support team growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Solid understanding of configuring and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience in managing application lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
