Akruti Developer, a growing real estate development firm, is looking for a Legal Executive to handle and manage legal matters related to the company’s real estate projects and operations. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and drafting legal documents, handling property-related documentation, coordinating with external legal professionals, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate and property laws, good drafting skills, and the ability to independently handle legal matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience:

· LLB degree from a recognized university.

· 1–3 years of experience in real estate/property law preferred.

· Good knowledge of RERA, property laws, agreements, and real estate documentation.

· Strong skills in legal drafting, reviewing,



and documentation.

· Ability to handle sale agreements, leave & license agreements, notices, and property-related documents.

· Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

· Robust attention to detail and ability to handle legal matters independently.

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic legal research.

Preference:

· Candidates with experience in real estate/developer firms will be preferred.

· Preference will be given to candidates with practical knowledge of RERA and property-related laws.

· Candidates with experience in property documentation, agreement drafting, and legal compliance will be preferred.

· Strong legal drafting, communication, and negotiation skills are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
