Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories.
Develop monthly content calendars.
Increase followers and improve engagement rate organically.
Write captions, hashtags, and basic ad copies.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Track performance using insights and analytics tools.
Coordinate with graphic designer & video editor.
Stay updated with trending content formats and platform algorithms.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of social media algorithms.
Creative content writing skills.




Hashtag research & trend analysis.
Basic graphic tools knowledge (Canva preferred).
Understanding of brand tone and voice.
Robust communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling business pages.
Knowledge of reels strategy & short-form content.
Basic understanding of paid ads.
Experience in lead generation through social media.
