Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
Write personalized and high-converting proposals
Communicate with clients and handle follow-ups
Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team
Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversions
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and closures
Maintain proper records of bids, responses, and deal status

Requirements and skills:
Minimum 1 year experience in Upwork bidding (mandatory)
Robust written communication and proposal writing skills
Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile)
Experience handling international clients
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
