Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
Campaign & Brand Management: Oversee cross-channel campaigns (digital, performance, and brand) to boost market share and consumer engagement.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing teams.
Budget & ROI: Manage the departmental budget, allocate spending, and optimize Return on Investment (ROI).
Data & Analytics: Lead performance reporting, leverage marketing analytics tools, and use customer data to refine targeting.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record of successful campaign delivery.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
