Risk Management Teams: Monitor trading limits, execute pre-trade compliance, and ensure market participants do not exceed their authorized capital or violate exposure limits.
Back-Office (Clearing & Settlement)
Clearing Corporations: Guarantee the financial integrity of trades. They act as the buyer to every seller and the seller to every buyer to eliminate counterparty risk.
Operations Analysts: Verify, match, and confirm trade details across institutional systems (like CTM or FIX) to prevent settlement failures.
