Job Description - Center Head
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily center operations including mobilization, training, and placements.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and funder requirements.
Build community and stakeholder relationships to enhance visibility.
Lead and motivate the center team for performance and retention.
Drive student success through quality training and career readiness.
