Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and sales forecasts.
Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
Coordinate with procurement and stores for raw material availability.
Track WIP (Work-in-Progress), inventory levels, and production output.
Plan machine loading, manpower allocation, and production capacity utilization.
Generate production reports, MIS reports, and KPI dashboards.
Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and rejections.
Ensure optimum inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Follow lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Handle production dispatch planning and coordination with logistics.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors for material follow-up.




Support implementation of ERP/MRP systems in production planning.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Understanding of automobile components, assembly lines, and supply chain operations.
Knowledge of:
Inventory management
Capacity planning
MRP/ERP systems
Production scheduling
Proficiency in:
ERP
Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and JIT concepts.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
