Job Title: Sales Executive - Real EstateJob Summary
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent sales leads through various channels (calls, referrals, site visits, digital platforms).
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
Conduct property site visits and client presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of sales.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) for smooth transactions.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
