Culinary Career Opportunities We are expanding our kitchen team across three distinct local venues, including Anni's Hideaway and JB Parkers Bar & Wine Cellar. We are looking for dedicated food professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Junior Sous Chef (1 Position)

- Ideal for an experienced chef ready to take the next step in their career.
- Help lead the team and maintain high kitchen standards.

Chef de Partie (2 Positions)

- Requires solid cooking experience and a passion for quality food.
- Run your section efficiently in a busy environment.

Kitchen Porter (2 Positions)





- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Support the chefs during busy service hours.

Employment Permits

- Available on a 3-year STEP (Short-Term Employment Permit) or seasonal SEP (Seasonal Employment Permit) basis. We are looking for team members to join us in Spring 2027 once the immigration/population management process has been completed
