The Service Administrator - Finance Support role provides cross-functional support across finance, office administration, HR and labour administration, statutory compliance, and banking and treasury activities. The position offers an chance to contribute to the operational development of a growing India-based organisation while coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary coordinator for accounting and office administration
Record accounting entries using Tally or a similar enterprise resource planning system
Process expense claims and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare data relating to Goods and Services Tax compliance
Liaise with the organisation’s external accounting firm
Provide support for HR and labour administration
Assist with corporate and statutory compliance activities
Support banking and treasury administration




Contribute to the growth and operational development of the organisation’s India operations within a start-up setting

Requirements
10–12 years of experience in finance and administration
Accounting knowledge, including experience using Tally or a similar system
Experience preparing GST-related data and supporting statutory compliance activities
Ability to coordinate with external accounting firms and other service providers
Experience supporting banking, treasury, expense claim, and general administrative processes
