We are looking for an MIS Executive with strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining data, preparing reports, checking accuracy, and supporting day-to-day business reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update Excel and Google Sheets regularly
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
Manage and organize large amounts of data
Perform data matching, checking and reconciliation
Prepare reports as per management requirements
Identify missing, incorrect or duplicate data
Keep records updated and properly organized
Coordinate with different departments for required data
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of reports
Maintain proper documentation and reporting records

Required Skills Candidate should have strong practical knowledge of:
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
HLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
Microsoft Excel
Google Sheets




Data handling and data management
Sorting, filtering and organizing large spreadsheets
Preparing MIS and management reports
Basic charts and report presentation
Valuable numerical and calculation skills
Strong attention to detail
Positive typing speed and accuracy
Basic knowledge of email and MS Office

Candidate Profile
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Comfortable handling large spreadsheets
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and maintain accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Previous experience in MIS, reporting, data management or back-office operations is preferred

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
