Position Summary The Service Integration & Governance Manager is responsible for establishing and managing the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) governance framework across multiple service providers, internal teams, and business stakeholders. The role ensures effective service integration, accountability, performance governance, collaboration, and continual improvement across the service ecosystem.
Strong experience in SIAM, IT Service Management, Service Integration, or Service Delivery. Experience working in multi-supplier and complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM governance, and service management processes.
Experience establishing governance models, RACI, service forums, and performance management frameworks.
Solid stakeholder, supplier, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, escalations, conflicts, and service integration issues.

Robust analytical, communication, presentation, and governance skills.
