Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Develop creative concepts for reels, short-form videos, photos, carousels, stories, and other social content.
Write compelling captions, hooks, and social media copy aligned with our brand voice.
Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and emerging content styles.
Plan and manage a social media content calendar.
Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to develop campaigns and creative content.
Monitor content performance and use analytics to improve future posts.
Engage with followers and help build an active online community.
Support promotional campaigns, product launches, events, and other brand initiatives.

Requirements




Proven experience creating content for social media.
Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and current social media trends.
Excellent creativity and storytelling skills.
Robust writing and communication skills.
Experience with video editing and design tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Ability to create content independently from concept through publishing.
Strong attention to detail and a positive understanding of branding.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
A portfolio of previous social media work is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
