What You’ll Do

This is a senior product leadership role responsible for defining and driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical AI & Data Platform capabilities from India. You will operate with high autonomy as the senior product voice in-region, partnering closely with global engineering and product leaders.

Key impact areas include:

Own and execute the product vision and roadmap across Fabric, AI & Data Governance, and Capacity & Cost Intelligence
Drive deep customer and market discovery to identify high-value problems and translate them into scalable platform capabilities




Define transparent product requirements (PRDs, user stories, success metrics) that enable engineering teams to deliver with speed and precision
Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Architecture, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success
Act as the primary product leader representing India within a globally distributed organization
Elevate product management excellence by mentoring and coaching PMs across the India team

Success in this role will look like:

Delivery of high-impact platform capabilities aligned to customer needs and business outcomes
Strong alignment across global stakeholders and effective execution across time zones
Measurable improvements in product adoption, platform usage, and customer trust
