Role Description The Senior Property Consultant role at SZ Developers is a remote, contract position focused on guiding clients through property transactions and investment decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential buyers and investors, conducting virtual consultations, and presenting suitable hospitality, residential, and commercial properties.



The consultant will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead follow-up, property presentations, negotiation support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closing. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends in Kozhikode and surrounding areas, preparing professional proposals, and delivering consistent client service. The consultant is expected to build long-term relationships, meet sales targets, and provide strategic input on improving sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing Consulting skills with the ability to provide expert guidance on property selection and investment decisions.
Minimum of 7 Years of Experience in Real Estate industry.
