Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
Explain products, services, offers, and company policies to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Follow up regularly with interested customers.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/sales experience is preferred.
