We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Inbound Voice Process.

The role involves handling inbound calls from international customers, understanding their queries, providing accurate information, and resolving customer concerns while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

This is a pure customer service role with NO SALES and NO SALES TARGETS.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Inbound Voice Process.
- Relevant experience must be documented on paper / supported by employment records.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Comfortable working in a night shift setting.
