Role Description The Insurance Customer Care Executive will handle day-to-day interactions with customers, responding to inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage options, claims, and premium payments. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring clear, accurate information is provided to customers. The executive will assist with policy renewals, cross-selling and up-selling relevant insurance products, and maintaining detailed records in the customer management system.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to follow up on claims, policy changes, and escalations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service.

- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with active listening and clear explanation skills.

- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and promote appropriate insurance products.

- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or customer contact center environments is preferred.

- Comfort working with CRM tools, basic computer applications, and maintaining accurate records.

- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage high call volumes, and handle sensitive customer information professionally.

- Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with team members.
