Role Overview

A Technology Lead is responsible for leading the technical design, development, and delivery of software solutions. This role bridges architecture, development, and business needs while guiding a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technical delivery of projects
Define system architecture and design solutions aligned with business requirements
Guide and mentor development teams (code reviews, best practices)
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and business teams
Ensure high-quality code, performance, and scalability
Manage integrations across platforms (e.g., SAP, APIs, cloud systems)
Drive adoption of modern technologies and frameworks
Handle technical risk assessment and mitigation
Oversee deployment, release management,



and workplace setup
Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards
Troubleshoot critical production issues

Required Skills
Robust experience in software development and system design
Expertise in one or more technology stacks (Java, .NET, Python, etc.)
Experience with enterprise platforms such as:
SAP S/4HANA
SAP Cloud Platform Integration
Knowledge of:
Microservices architecture
REST/SOAP APIs
Cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines)
Solid problem-solving and leadership skills
