Role: Trade & FX Counsellor | Noida

We are hiring for a Trade & FX Counsellor role with a leading private sector bank.

Location: Noida

Experience: 4–10 years

Industry: Banking / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities
Drive Trade & FX business, revenue and foreign currency throughput across assigned branches.
Act as a subject matter expert for Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange products.
Support customer acquisition and portfolio growth through joint calls with Sales/Relationship teams.
Manage and resolve customer requirements by coordinating with Operations, Product and central teams.
Train and coach branch sales teams on Trade & FX products, processes and opportunities.
Build robust relationships with customers and identify opportunities for product penetration and cross-sell.




Monitor competitor activity and customer feedback to identify business-growth prospects.
Ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to defined processes and service standards.

Ideal Candidate
4–10 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance, FX, Transaction Banking or Branch Banking.
Robust knowledge of Trade & FX products and processes.
Proven experience in business development and revenue generation.
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder-management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
Graduate in any relevant discipline.
