Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute influencer-led performance marketing campaigns.
- Identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships.
- Collaborate with Creative, Performance, and Business teams on campaign goals.




- Manage end-to-end campaigns, including content, approvals, tracking, reporting, and payouts.
- Track and optimize KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CAC, conversions, revenue, leads, and enrolments.
- Analyze campaign data and recommend performance improvements.
- Stay updated on influencer trends, platforms, and competitor activity.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Influencer, Performance, Growth, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media platforms.
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of campaign tracking and attribution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of marketing/analytics tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
