Role Description This is a full time, in office Travel Consultant role based in Ahmedabad.

The Travel

Consultant will advise clients on domestic and international travel options, including destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.

Responsibilities include creating customized travel packages, managing bookings and reservations, handling changes and cancellations, and coordinating travel arrangements with suppliers. The role involves daily interaction with clients to understand their preferences,



provide transparent information on pricing and inclusions, and ensure a smooth end-to-end travel experience.

The Travel

Consultant will also maintain accurate records, process payments, and support post-travel customer feedback and service.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design itineraries and oversee end-to-end travel plans.
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to book flights, hotels, transport, and tour services efficiently.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive client experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain options clearly and build client trust.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
Basic proficiency with reservation systems, travel booking platforms, and standard office software.
Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism-related role is preferred.
Relevant education in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
