Operating from a state-of-the-art 50,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, KFML provides end-to-end furniture solutions for clients across the hospitality, corporate, aviation, and infrastructure sectors. The Opportunity We are seeking a Sr. Sales Manager to support and expand Kian Falcon's presence within the QSR, café, casual dining, and foodservice ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with client accounts - Support account growth through repeat business and expansion opportunities - Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement teams, project managers,



and client stakeholders - Prepare commercial proposals and support costing discussions - Work closely with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution - Track project timelines, client communication, collections, and order progress - Maintain sales trackers, CRM systems, and account reports Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following industries are encouraged to apply: - QSR & Foodservice - Commercial Furniture - Restaurant Fit-Outs & Interiors - Building Materials - Hospitality Projects - Allied B2B Industries What We're Looking For - 10+ Years of experience in account management, sales, business development, project coordination, or related client-facing roles - Robust relationship-building and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously - Commercial awareness and customer-centric thinking - Experience working with architects, consultants, procurement teams, and project
