nWe are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with our Global Sales organization and drive data-driven decision-making across the business. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, transforming complex business requirements into impactful Power BI and AI-enabled analytics solutions. You will lead the enhancement and governance of our global reporting ecosystem, deliver actionable insights that improve sales performance, and champion the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies within the BI landscape. Success in this role requires a strong combination of business acumen, stakeholder management, data analytics expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.

- Work with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify key business questionsn
- Work together with our IT department to create, join,



and manage complex data sets in Power BI to answer key business questionsn
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-makingn
- Drive the development and implementation of AI solutions to solve complex business problems within our BI ecosystemn
- Manage trainings of key stakeholders and provide ad-hoc trainings if neededn
- Provide first level support to sub region representatives and Global Sales team for trouble shooting existing Power BI solutionsn
- Focus on improving availability and interpretation of sales data, with an emphasis on providing value-added recommendations in order to improve business performancen
- Manage and enhance data quality by developing and optimizing data quality reports and processes, while collaborating with the Business Process Harmonization team to identify, address, and resolve data quality issuesn
