About the Role

The role involves designing a scalable Salesforce architecture supporting multiple brands on a shared platform, while ensuring strong governance, security, data quality, integration standards, and long-term maintainability. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring strong experience in solution design, technical governance, integrations, data migration, and collaboration with multiple Salesforce teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architecture including data model, security/sharing model, automation and integration strategy
- Design a canonical and scalable Salesforce data model capable of supporting multiple brands on a shared platform
- Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, design patterns, governance and best practices
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for CRM / brand migrations
- Assess legacy CRM systems, identify data/process gaps and define target-state Salesforce architecture
- Design integrations between Salesforce and systems including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, NetSuite / ERP and third-party applications
- Work with REST / SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft / Boomi and event-driven integration patterns
- Architect large-scale data migration and consolidation initiatives
- Define strategies for data cleansing, deduplication, matching/merging, data quality and cutover




- Partner with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Revenue Cloud architects to maintain coherent enterprise architecture
- Evaluate Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Agentforce and Einstein and determine appropriate build / configure approaches
- Conduct architecture and code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers and administrators
- Mentor Salesforce development teams across multiple delivery pods
- Maintain architecture documentation, solution designs, system architecture diagrams and ERDs
- Guide Salesforce environment strategy, release management, CI/CD and DevOps practices using Copado, Flosum or similar tools
- Monitor Salesforce platform health, limits, performance, scalability and technical debt
- Provide technical support during go-live, hypercare and post-production enhancements

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of strong Salesforce experience and 4+ years as Salesforce Architect / Solution Architect
- Robust architecture experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Enterprise-level Salesforce data modelling and architecture experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture – Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Territory Management
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components
- Strong Salesforce integration architecture experience with REST / SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft, Boomi
- Experience with Salesforce data migration, consolidation, cleansing and deduplication




- Experience working with multiple Salesforce clouds – Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ / Revenue Cloud
- Familiarity with Agentforce and Einstein
- Experience working with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
- Strong stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a multi-brand Salesforce environment and large-scale platform consolidation
- Exposure to Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite or other ERP platforms
- Experience with Copado, Flosum or similar Salesforce DevOps tools
- Experience with AI-powered development, Generative AI, predictive analytics or intelligent automation
- Experience working in a multi-pod / distributed delivery model

Certifications Preferred

Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I / II, Integration Architecture Designer, Agentforce certification is an added advantage

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Architect, not just a Salesforce Developer or Technical Lead. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture, multi-brand / multi-cloud environments, integrations, data migration, security architecture and technical governance.
