Job Summary: We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with robust expertise in Java and Selenium to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks. The candidate should have hands-on experience in UI and API automation, test framework design, and Agile delivery practices. Exposure to Playwright will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:




Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.
Automate API test scenarios using Rest Assured/Postman.
Perform database validation using SQL queries.
Integrate automation suites with Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test execution results and troubleshoot automation failures.
Participate in sprint ceremonies and collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners.
Ensure test coverage for new features and regression suites.
Mentor junior team members and conduct automation code reviews.

Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in QA Automation.
Strong hands-on experience in Java and Selenium.
Experience with TestNG/JUnit and BDD Cucumber.
API Automation using Rest Assured or Postman.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with Jenkins, Git, and JIRA.
Positive understanding of Agile/Scrum.
