Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations.
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and timely dispatch.
Track vehicle movement and delivery status.
Prepare and maintain dispatch documents and logistics records.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales and other teams for smooth dispatch.
Follow up on pending deliveries, shortages and transit-related issues.
Monitor loading and unloading activities.
Update shipment and delivery details in the system.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with logistics procedures.
Support cost control and effective transportation operations.
Maintain positive coordination with transporters and drivers.
Preferred: FMCG / Beverage / Manufacturing / Distribution experience.
