Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical and site/project positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database and hiring trackers.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Conduct reference/background verification wherever required.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain confidentiality of candidate information.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure recruitment will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Proactive, organized and target-oriented.
