We are urgently hiring an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help us build strong, capable teams across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience




- Maintain recruitment trackers/MIS and generate regular hiring reports
- Support employer branding initiatives on social media and job portals
- Assist with onboarding and documentation for current joiners

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (any industry)
- Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Well-organized with strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Eligibility:

- Must be based in Delhi NCR (this position is not open to relocation)
