Job Requirements
Operations Management : Manage daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain a protected, clean canteen setting.
Quality Control : Oversee food preparation to ensure high quality, efficiency, and proper portion control.
Compliance : Ensure all food handling, preparation, and serving follows health and safety regulations.
Inventory & Suppliers : Manage stock levels, place orders, receive deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers.
Customer Service : Handle inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.
Staff Training : Train employees and enforce company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and conduct.
Maintenance : Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of both kitchen and dining areas.
Daily Logistics : Prepare the canteen for daily operations, including setup and closing duties (cleaning/restocking).

Work Experience
3+ years' experience in Canteen
Experience in Food industry
Diploma / B.Sc in Catering / Hotel Management
