Qualification : B.Sc. – Horticulture

Experience : 4-5 years

Age : Between 25 and 30 years

Salary : Rs. 25,000/- to 30,000/- (negotiable)

Skills & Knowledge :

1. Should have qualities of team leadership, should have knowledge on landscaping, vertical gardens, creative ideas to undertake all aspects of husbandry and production including preparation, growing and harvesting
2. manage pest, disease and weed control programes, commensurate with hygiene and health standards
3. plan and run transplanting lines in glass houses as products change throughout the year
4. identify technical and business problems, investigate the causes and formulate solutions
5. plan and organise trials to assess their effectiveness
6. prepare new or modified operational and business plans
7. ensure that quality, hygiene, health and safety and employment standards and regulations are met
8. communicate effectively with working colleagues and skilled groups, both orally and in writing, through briefings, reports and presentations
9. train, instruct and supervise others - depending on your role
10. perform essential administrative tasks, including record keeping, budgets and accounts
11. keep up to date in your specialist area and in developments in the whole horticultural sector
12. meet agreed deadlines
13. Hard and soft landscaping, water bodies & water features,



plunge pools, walk-ways, landscape furniture and artifacts.
14. Maintenance, trimming, lawn mowing, fresh planting, irrigation.
15. Common areas, pergolas, private gardens inside each home, green roofs, sky-

walks
1. Customer interaction, understanding requirements, problem solving, refreshing

existing gardens with a new approach.
1. Budgeting & procurement.
2. Daily Execution Works at Site, to see that execution is happening as per approved drawing & BOQ specification.
3. Reporting HO daily activities at site in prescribed formats.
4. Indenting for material required to execute the works as per drawing & specification and Following up with HO for getting material deliveries in time.
5. To see that execution of work to be carried out in good quality and within budget also in line with rates quoted for the works.
6. Scheduling, planning, work allotment for labors, execution, coordination with clients.

7. Controlling the site
8. Controlling the Labourers & assigning Works to Labours.
9. Giving Directions to the Labours for Completing Works.
10. Supervising.
11. Day Planning for men and machinery requirement.
12. Checking the Work before Starting, After Completion & Reporting to the Project Engineer.
13. Discussing About The Work Every Day With the Project Engineer & Project Manager.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
