Delivery / Program Management

- 812+ years overall IT experience.
- 5+ years in technical delivery / infrastructure / network security project management.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise security/network transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management.
- Excellent RAID, governance, reporting and escalation management.

Zscaler

- Strong practical understanding of ZIA and ZPA.
- Experience delivering Zscaler implementations or migrations in large enterprises.
- Understanding of Zscaler Client Connector and Zero Trust architecture.
- Experience with Zscaler policy, authentication, traffic forwarding and troubleshooting concepts.

Networking / Security

- Strong understanding of:

- Proxy

- Secure Web Gateway

- VPN

- DNS

- HTTP/HTTPS

- Firewalls

- Routing

- SASE / SSE

- Zero Trust

- Identity/SSO
- Exposure to technologies such as Palo Alto, Cisco, F5, Netskope, Fortinet, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta would be practical.
