? Position: Interior design department head

? Location: Chennai

?‍? Experience Required:

✔ 6+ years of relevant experience in residential interiors.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end interior design projects
- Client presentations & design approvals
- Space planning, concept development & detailing
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors & site teams
- Ensure design intent is executed accurately on-site
- Mentor junior designers and interns

? Skill Set Required:
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3Ds Max
- Positive knowledge of materials, finishes & execution methods
- Excellent client communication & leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently
- Team Management
- Project planning and coordination
- Problem Solving
- Client Relationship Management
- Quality Control
