Overview:

We are looking for energetic and
passionate Field Recruiters to support hiring for last mile delivery
operations. The role involves hiring delivery boys, riders, and picker/packers
by visiting local areas, sourcing candidates, and ensuring quick onboarding.

Key
Responsibilities:
Conduct field hiring for delivery executives, riders,
and warehouse staff
Visit local areas, hubs, and hotspots to source
candidates
Screen and shortlist candidates through face-to-face
interactions
Coordinate with candidates for onboarding and
documentation
Maintain daily hiring reports and follow-ups
Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets

Requirements
Eligibility
Criteria:




Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate
Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in
recruitment/field hiring
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Willingness to travel and work on-field
Confident, proactive, and result-driven attitude
