Essential Job Functions:
Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM modules (PY, PA,
TM, OM) to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze business
processes and recommend SAP best practices.
Design, develop, and optimize SAP Payroll solutions including
payroll schema, rules, and wage types.
Manage Time Management configurations such as work
schedules, absence/attendance management, time evaluation,
and integration with Payroll.
Configure Personnel Administration and Organizational
Management structures, including infotypes, positions, jobs,
and reporting relationships.




Support and maintain SAP integrations with third-party payroll
providers and HR systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
related to SAP HCM.
Perform system testing, UAT support, and end-user training
for new implementations and enhancements.
Work closely with ABAP developers for custom reports,
enhancements, and interfaces.
Provide ongoing production support, system upgrades, and
patch implementations.
Exhibit positive communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills along with demonstrated experience working with crossfunctional teams

Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of SAP industry experience, SAP S4/HANA HCM

Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM, with solid expertise in PY, PA, TM, and OM.
Experience with SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage type configuration, and payroll processing cycles.
Solid understanding of Time Evaluat
