nJob Summary:
nResponsible for conducting SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit)-APASCA CSCA Certified assessments across client sites in India to evaluate compliance with labour, health & safety, environmental, and business ethics standards.
nKey Responsibilities:

n
Conduct 2-pillar and 4-pillar SMETA audits at factories and facilities.n
Review documents, inspect sites, and interview workers & management.n
Identify non-conformities and prepare detailed audit reports & CAPRs.n
Ensure audits comply with SMETA guidelines and local labour laws.n
Coordinate audit schedules,



communicate with clients, and submit reports on time.n
Maintain skilled integrity and confidentiality at all times.n

nQualifications & Experience:
n
n
Graduate in Engineering / Social Sciences / Environmental Studies or related field.n
7+ years of experience in social compliance or ethical trade audits (SMETA, BSCI, SA8000 preferred).n
Knowledge of Indian labour & HSE laws.n
APSCA registration / SMETA auditor training preferred.n
Robust communication, analytical, and reporting skills.n
Willing to travel extensively across India.n
