We are seeking a skilled, high-energy Restaurant Service Captain to lead our dining room floor and elevate our guest experience. As a Service Captain, you will act as the bridge between management, the kitchen, and the service staff. You will oversee a specific dining section, manage a team of servers, and personally handle VIP guests, complex tables, and tableside preparations.

The ideal candidate possesses deep culinary and wine knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Floor Management

- Supervise and mentor a team of servers, back-servers, and runners within an assigned station.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to review daily specials, dietary allocations, VIP guests, and service standards.
- Monitor service pacing to ensure seamless coordination between the front-of-house team and the kitchen staff.
- Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally, escalating issues to management only when necessary.

Guest Relations & Premium Service





- Greet and seat guests warmly, establishing an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus with expert knowledge, articulating ingredients, cooking techniques, and potential allergens.
- Provide upscale tableside service, including wine decanting, carving, flambéing, or filleting when required.
- Anticipate guest needs to deliver highly personalized and proactive service throughout the meal.

Operations & Upselling

- Drive revenue by confidently recommending wine pairings, premium appetizers, and signature desserts.
- Maintain pristine presentation of the dining area, ensuring tables are correctly set and side-stations are fully stocked.
- Enforce compliance with all local food safety, health, and alcohol service regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
