nRole Overview
nKey Responsibilities

Lead complex analytics and data programs from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expected outcomes.n
Own project scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and delivery milestones.n
Drive end-to-end execution of analytics initiatives including data engineering, reporting, visualization, and insights delivery.n
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, engineering teams, product teams, and leadership to ensure successful delivery.n
Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams across data, analytics, technology, and business functions.n




Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and risk management processes.n
Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers; develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.n
Drive Agile and/or Waterfall delivery practices depending on project requirements.n
Facilitate stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.n
Continuously improve delivery processes, operational efficiency, and analytics maturity.n

nRequired Skills & Experience
n
n
10–14 years of overall qualified experience in technology, data, or analytics delivery.n
5+ years of experience leading analytics, data, or BI programs/projects.n
Proven experience managing analytics delivery involving data engineering, reporting, dashboards, or visualization platforms.n
Solid stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior business and technolog
