Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of plant staff. experience in TMT industry would be preferred.
The supervisor's overall role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.
Oversee daily plant operations
Enforce safety protocols Manage plant staff and assign tasks Ensure effective and effective work.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
