Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups and persuasion.
Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead-generation campaigns.
Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a telesales representative or similar role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets over the phone.




Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in [Insert Required Languages - e.g., Hindi, English].
Solid knowledge of CRM software and telecalling tools is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or graduate degree in any field preferred.
