Senior Counsellor - Job description
Desired Skills
5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or sales (education industry preferred).
Team Handling Experience with Target Achievement for the Centre.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and mentor the telecalling team
Drive admissions through solid follow-ups, counselling sessions, and campus visits.
Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.
Participate in seminars, education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
