Job Description - Customer Service Executive (Zaveri Bazar)
Roles & Responsibilities
Follow up with clients for payments.
Handling all inbound calls from the customers and resolving their queries, complaints and request.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Resolutions for their various services and technical problems.
Essential Skills & Specification
Fluent in English and Hindi and friendly
Learner and research oriented
Outspoken and courageous
Graduate
Minimum 6 months experience in Logistics Industry
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
