Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Maintain call records and update data regularly
Coordinate and communicate effectively with the internal team
Requirements:
Kannada language is mandatory
English communication should be manageable
Basic computer knowledge is required
Valuable understanding of Excel and data entry work
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to work from the office and join immediately
