PRSSE is a dynamic science education institution in Nagpur (Estd. 2025) dedicated to fostering scientific temper, curiosity, and innovation among students and the community through science outreach programs, workshops, competitions, and hands-on learning experiences. We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and visionary skilled to lead our institution as Centre Head / Principal, responsible for the overall academic, administrative, and operational management of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations
Plan, implement, and monitor science education programs, workshops, and outreach activities
Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, institutions, and stakeholders
Coordinate science outreach events, competitions, educational tours, and visits.




Develop institutional policies, curriculum frameworks, and quality standards
Drive community engagement and public outreach initiatives
Identify prospects for growth, collaborations, and grant funding
