Job Title: Accounts & Operations Assistant (Fresher / Entry Level Welcome)

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and proactive Accounts & Operations Assistant to support our accounts team and operational activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, including those without formal accounting background, who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to daily financial and operational tasks. The position involves assisting with basic accounting functions, maintaining records, and supporting operational workflows to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Assistance
Support daily operational activities and coordination across departments.
Assist in data management, filing, and documentation related to operations.
Help prepare basic reports and communicate with internal teams for operational tasks.
Handle general office duties like managing supplies, responding to internal requests, and clerical support.





Accounts Assistance
Record and maintain financial transactions in ledgers
Process invoices and bills, including accounts payable (payments) and accounts receivable (receipts).
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and reviews.
Follow up on overdue payments and assist in collections.
Organize and file receipts, invoices and other records for easy retrieval.
Respond to basic vendor/customer payment queries and coordinate with other teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Education
B.Com, Business Administration (BBA), or any field — fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Competencies
Basic knowledge of accounting principles:
Must know how to use MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic software tools.
Valuable communication skills.
Robust attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and ability to follow instructions.
Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks
