The Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role supervises plant personnel, coordinates workflow, monitors equipment performance, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
The Plant Supervisor works closely with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to maintain a protected, productive, and high-performing work workplace.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
