Location: Onsite - Ranipur More, Haridwar
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven US Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our team in Haridwar. This is a full-time, onsite night shift role supporting US clients across various non-IT industries such as legal, manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, logistics, and administrative positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment for US-based Non-IT roles
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Negotiate pay rates and manage offer processes
Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months to 3 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment (preferred)
Robust understanding of US job market and recruitment process
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Experience working with job portals (Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)




Ability to work in night shift (US EST hours)
Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience hiring for roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Estimators, Healthcare roles, Skilled Trades, etc.
